Bachelor of Science and Post Graduate Diploma in Specialized Hotel Management with an experience of 28 years in industry and academics. Specializing in H.R.D. and Service Marketing, with a special  interest in Food & Beverage. I have also been a  CHRIE (International Council of Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Education) member for a decade. I have authored a coffee table book on Awadhi cuisine. I am  also a member of The Hotel and Restaurant Classification Committee for the Award of Star category.
